The hotel is situated not far from the downtown but prity quiet. Small rooms but very clean. Friendly staff, very helpfull. Good food and exeptablle animation.

Had a relaxing stay in good value for money hotel, everything was perfect. Greatly enjoyed the room with a nice view of the garden, my bed was extremely comfy. The food was FRESH with a lot of choice!

Good stay in this hotel. We loved the lovely pool. It's 15 mins walk to the center. We ordered lunch at jupiter steakhouse bbq, located minutes away from the venue.

This comfortable hotel in Sunny Beach is a great option for families. The three pools were a hit with my toddler, and the themed evenings with selected dishes and music added a fantastic atmosphere to our stay.

In my wife's opinion, more activities for kids would have been great.

The themed evenings with special dishes and music created an amazing vibe. This place is a great pick for group vacations. The garden is inviting, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads up, drinks at the bar could be hit or miss.

The dining experience could be frustrating, as the crowd often made it tricky to find a table. We had to wait at dinner to grab a spot so we could eat after a long day.

The swim pool is large and clean. The air conditioning in the rooms works well, which was like a lifesaver amidst the heat.

Parking is a hassle-limited space means you might end up hoofing it from a distance after shelling out more for a spot. Food was a real letdown, with the same uninspiring dishes on repeat. It seemed like the leftovers were getting a second chance at dinner. The main area can get chaotic during meal times. The bathrooms, while functional, lack space and essential amenities, like hair dryers, less than ideal.

Staying at riva was great! The pools were very clean, and there was plenty of sun bed space. The food was delicious, and there were fun competitions for adults. The kids loved the entertaining staff.

Great for families!

The kids loved the small playground and the animation team by the pool, keeping them busy with fun activities. The restaurant had some nice options with fresh pizza and ice cream. Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger and more spacious. Parking was super limited too.

The pools were clean as, but the food got repetitive and the rooms felt cramped. Sweet as for the staff though, real friendly. Would visit again.
